We are a friendly running club who welcome runners of all abilities whether you are an experienced runner looking to run with a group or a beginner dipping their toe in the running community.
Weekly Training Nights
We meet for club runs 2 evenings per week and there varied additional sessions - interval training, hill repeats, agility training, long slow runs, trail runs.
Whether you are a beginner, or experienced, if you run for fitness, to compete or participate in a race, with a specific goal in mind or for recreation and to run with company, you will be welcomed to take part in our training sessions.
