Is your New Year resolution to get fitter? Have you stopped running and are looking for some motivation to get out there.



We will be running our next Couch to 5K program on Sunday mornings starting January 29th. We will meet at Eglinton Park at 9.30 am.


As an extra incentive we have decided on this start date to lead up to our Spring 5K in April. So if you want an event to work towards this is perfect. You don't have to do the race to take part in the programme.


It is a 12 week programme suitable for complete beginners and those returning to running. There is no cost, other than a modest entry fee for the Spring 5K if you decide to take part in the race.


We hope to encourage you complete the programme and join the club making it a long term change not just a New Year thing.
