Meet our Scottish Athletics qualified Coaches and Leaders in Running Fitness.


The coaches work with runners of all abilities who wish to take part in non-track activities, such as road races, hill races, trail running or cross country or those who just want to run to keep fit.


They are happy to help you work on running skills or technique or assist you to devise a personal training plan.


They allow the club to implement a variety planned training sessions, which could be a club run, interval or agility training, hill or speed sessions and are assisted by our Jog Leaders.
